Opieko's commission is added on top of the caregiver's rate — no deductions, no subscriptions, no hidden fees.
Caregiver
You set your rate. You receive your rate in full — our commission (15%) is added to the client's total, not deducted from yours.
Client
You pay the caregiver's rate plus Opieko's commission (15%).

What we don't charge for
- No subscription — caregiver and client accounts are free.
- No fee for publishing or keeping a listing live.
- Opieko charges nothing for registration or document verification — the only charge at that stage comes from Tpay (explained below).
- Tpay's payment-processing cost is absorbed by Opieko's commission — it never reduces the caregiver's rate.
Costs charged by Tpay
Payments are handled by our payment partner Tpay — a separate company with its own price list. Everything Tpay may charge is collected here, so you never discover it mid-registration.
- Processing a booking payment — nothing for you. Opieko absorbs the transaction cost out of its own commission: it is neither added to the client's total nor deducted from the caregiver's rate.
- A one-off caregiver account activation fee at Tpay — 10 PLN, charged by Tpay when it verifies your bank account during registration. Opieko receives none of it.
- Withdrawing funds from your Tpay account to a personal bank account — Tpay charges its own small fee for the transfer. Some payouts each month may be free; Tpay sets both the fee and the allowance, and you can check them in your Tpay panel.
Tpay sets these amounts and can change them without our involvement — the current rates and conditions are in your Tpay panel.
Withdrawing your money
Opieko takes nothing from your rate — you receive 100% of it. Funds settle into your Tpay merchant account, and transfers from that account to a personal bank account are governed by Tpay's own terms: Tpay charges its own small fee for that transfer, beyond any free-payout allowance your plan includes. It is Tpay's fee, not ours — Opieko neither sets it nor receives any part of it. The current rate, the free-payout allowance and the timing are all in your Tpay panel.
When we charge commission
Commission applies only to a paid visit. If a booking falls through or is cancelled before payment, Opieko charges nothing.
